We are a leader in the repair of medium and small vessels in Poland. SAFE Co. Ltd. sp. z o.o. has been actively and dynamically operating both in Poland and abroad since 1995. The company is fully privately owned and was founded by specialists who had previously successfully delivered shipbuilding projects, as well as projects in the offshore industry, steel bridge structures, chemical and petrochemical facilities, and power plant installations.

We currently focus on the repair and modernization of floating units as well as on anti-corrosion protection.

Our shipyard is recognized by classification societies such as BV, PRS, DNV, and GL. We have also obtained permits and certifications to carry out anti-corrosion protection on drilling platforms in accordance with NORSOK standards.

Ship and Steel Structure Repairs

 

We offer our clients a full range of shipyard services related to the maintenance, modernization, and life-cycle extension of floating vessels. We specialize in comprehensive repairs, conversions, and class inspections of ships, including:

  • Hull and Steel Structure Repairs – repairs of damaged elements, replacement of hull plating, as well as internal and external structures.
  • Modernizations and Conversions – tailoring vessels to new purposes or technical standards, from redesigned interior layouts to reconfigured superstructures.
  • Class Inspections – comprehensive preparation of the vessel for classification and certification surveys.
  • Vessel Lengthening – inserting new hull blocks to increase the cargo capacity or functionality of the ship.
  • Aluminium Structure Repairs – from wheelhouses and superstructures to masts and auxiliary boats.
  • Repairs and Modernizations of Piping Systems – water, fuel, ballast, and other installations.
  • Specialized Mechanical Repairs – including boring of steering gear bearings and propulsion shaft lines.

Information on the merger of companies

The Management Board of “Safe” Co Ltd Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdańsk, acting pursuant to Article 500 § 2 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code, hereby announces that on 9 October 2020 the merger plan between “Safe” Co Ltd Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdańsk (the acquiring company), and “ALKOR” Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdańsk (the acquired company), was agreed and adopted by resolution of the Management Board of “Safe” Co Ltd Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gdańsk, in accordance with Article 492 § 1 point 1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code, through the transfer to “Safe” Co Ltd Sp. z o.o. of the entire assets of the acquired company (merger by acquisition), and makes the said merger plan available to the public.
